It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Jane Tylus who will become a full faculty member of the Italian Department, with a secondary appointment in Comparative Literature, starting July 1, 2018. In the meantime, Jane will be with us this Spring as a visiting professor, teaching a graduate course on “Translating the Renaissance.”
