As an Instructional Systems Designer at Booz Allen Hamilton, I specialize in crafting tailored learning experiences, curriculum, programs, and performance support tools across diverse modalities, including self-study, classroom, and eLearning formats. I am also committed to integrating robust developmental methodologies -ADDIE, SAM, and AGILE- into learning experiences.
Prior to my current role, I was an Instructional Designer at Upskill Studios, LLC, where I produced interactive online training manuals and delivered impactful in-person training sessions on financial management, health-provider policies and procedures, patient interaction, and other topics in the health care space.
I have also worked at the U.S. Department of State as an instructional designer, and at the Yale University Center for Teaching & Learning as a learning project manager.
